Pissed off tenant!
Neighbors have no care for parking spots, inviting friends and family to take fellow neighbor’s parking spot. You can hear everything when you’re on the first floor and my neighbors have their music on full blast. I have called to complain and haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s so disrespectful especially when you have children. If the problem continues I definitely won’t be re-newing my lease.

From an unhappy 1st floor tenant
Way too noisy living on 1st floor at ground level. Can hear absolutely everything goin on upstairs, people stomping around with no regard for those below them, stomping up and down the steps to the upstairs, toilet seat and lid slamming all the time, drawers and cabinet door noise easily heard. No peace and quiet whenever upstairs people are home ! Other than the poor construction as far as noise transfer to the downstairs apartments, it's competitively priced and having a garage is nice,... but I can't get over this noise from upstairs problem.
People just don't care about the tenants below them at all.
