Very happy here!

We've lived at Crown Pointe for the last 4 years and we're very happy here. Last year they installed a small dog park and my dog absolutely loves it. We also enjoy having a little garden plot in the spring and summer. The complex feels safe, I've never worried about walking the grounds with my dog. Maintenance is timely and very professional. Front office staff is very kind, my dog gets a treat from them every day after work. The community events are small but fun, like pictures with the Easter... bunny or Santa. Laundry in the building is nice. The garage is a life saver during winter! I feel like the price is fair for the apartment, location and garage. Wish the pet fees were lower but overall we're very happy!

Move In

Move in was very easy! Very friendly management and was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns! Maintenance was very helpful and friendly with everything! Love the team you have here!:))

Love my apartment!

I am very happy with my place! And the staff is always very helpful and friendly! I love being able Flex my rent, which is one thing they offer! Make sure to check it out if you move in there! Thanks to Anna and Henry and all the staff at Crown Pointe Apartments in Holland Mi

Great community

We are going on our 5th year here and are nothing but pleased! Great pricing for 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, AND a loft!
