    They want your money but are not willing to take care of the community

    The new owners, who bought us at the beginning of the year, have raised the rent but have been neglecting taking care of the community. I'm disgusted with the way this place has deteriorated since purchase. The previous management team finally put a lot of work into making this a decent place to live. That is no longer the situation. They must think that since we are being renovated in March 2023, it's fine to neglect their responsibilities (obligations by our lease contract) until then. I feel… we are owed reimbursements from all full months rent but no service.
