Decent at best

Lived there for a year and a half nice apartments but staff do not care about any problems. Had continuing issues with neighbor who was harassing me and my roommate to the point of throwing dog poop on our car as well and constant banging on ceiling when we would walk around. Management did not take us seriously or listen to any of our issues.

Good Place to live/ New Management not so good

Its a beautiful place to live and have for the last 3 years. Maintenance is wonderful and always take care of any issues I have had in a short time. The neighbors I have had have always been nice and the apartments feel like a small home. Unfortunately, the new management is not very good.. Any time I have had concerns in the community I have sent an email and nothing ever gets answered... half the time the phones are never answered when you call. Not a good look for management that was supposed… to "improved" that is very frustrating.

Secluded but included

The property itself is beautiful. It’s in the woods and wrapped around a large pond. Next to the pond is a spacious dog park. They a pool, a hot tub, and a gym! Shawn and Lindsey are always quick to assist with any issues or questions you may have. The maintenance team has a speedy 72hr response time to any issues. Andre, Trevor, and Nick keep the grounds looking amazing and the pool crystal clear. It’s a big place to handle for just 5 people but they do a wonderful job. I’ve been here for 8… years now and love it.

We LOVE it here!!!

When my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent, this was the first place we toured, and we filled out an application immediately! It’s been 3 years and we haven’t looked back. Our dog loves the dog park, we love the walking trails and how close the complex is to downtown Howell, and our apartment is the perfect size.

nice place to live

My girlfriend and I moved in a month ago and we love it. We did have a few problems when we moved in, our dryer broke, a couple of windows needed to be replaced, the filter above the stove was missing, and a few other small things. BUT Burwick farms fixed everything right away! We didn’t have to pester them at all. They have been very polite and understanding about everything. Everyone has been super nice! I couldn’t recommend this apartment complex enough.
