Poor Maintenance

Lived here for last five years. LR Management took over about four years ago and maintenance has gone downhill. My AC started acting up about three years ago, and the maintenance people do everything they can to avoid repairs. If you are not home, even though they have spare keys, they will say that the unit is inaccessible, and close the work order. To make matters worse, none of the maintenance people are HVAC certified, they don't actually fix or service the AC, they use a contractor. But… they won't call the contractor until the unqualified maintenance worker "inspects" the AC to "troubleshoot" the problem. Last, you are never updated as to the status of your work order, except the day someone is coming out, that's when you will be called. So expect to take off from work/school so you can be home to be sure they actually do the work.

loud neighbors.

I'm currently living here. The neighbors play loud songs, and nobody is doing anything about it. I've reached out many times to the leasing office, and nothing has been done. I can't even work at home in peace or attend classes online because of how disrespectful people are. if you have kids, work at home, or want a peaceful place to live; then this isn't a good place to stay.

Very Unprofessional

I had got APPROVED for an apartment ; waiting to hear back from them just for them to turn around and tell me that the people are not moving anymore. How does that work you could have already warned me that they haven’t moved out instead of having me waiting for 4 months. They are holding my holding fee but told me the check was cut on June 01,2023 to be sent back but it’s now July and my holding fee is not here. I’ve already wasted so much time waiting for my apartment now I’m waiting to get my… money back. So unprofessional. Then why is the Manager always on the phone but never call/email me back.

This property put me in a roach infested apartment and i am moving out and taking them to court. Move here at your own risk.
