Amazing Leasing Office and Great Units

I could not recommend this place more! I was looking for a single, but at the time I needed to move in, they only had a double. They let me live in the double for a while until I could then switch my lease over to a single. Everyone in the office is incredibly helpful and friendly! Repairs are done promptly and the repairman is fantastic. The units themselves are very nice and quiet, which is great because I am a grad student and do not want to deal with loud college students. If you have... a chance to move here, do it.

Super rude uncooperative management.

Expensive, noisy, fallen fenses damages our cars. Huge puddles calling mosquitoes and causing a berried for car to pass. Taking forever to come and fix stuff. Weed smell everywhere. And cops visiting our neighborhood on a daily basis cause of the discomfort and noise.

Please do not live here!

Please DO NOT live here! I saw bad reviews, but I figured they were written by grumpy people, but I should have listened! Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else!

The staff are only nice to trick you into signing a lease. Once you start asking for help, such as to get things fixed, they start to show their bad side.

The apartments have thin walls and ceilings. The washing machines and dryers don't always work, even after getting maintenace to come.

Some apartments smell like... cigarettes, even though smoking is prohibited. Other times the common hallway smells like weed.
