The place is roach infested, dirty, and run down. The staff constantly lies, the maintenance man is never at work and they refuse to get another one, everything inside the complex is broken worn out or completely destroyed. I have been calling for a year To have someone fix the smallest things in the house and I’ve been lied to every day since I’ve been here. The property manager does nothing about it he lets people sell drugs throughout the apartment buildings , Also he is never at work I’ve... been living here for years not seen him once in the office. And his staff are very disrespectful someone needs to put in end to this! When I first moved into this place it already looked ran down after they promised continuously to come back and fix it make everything look new they have not. One time I asked him can I repay my house and fix the door knobs and closets they laughed And told me to do it. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to leave here due to the poor quality of the housing and staff in the lack of care they have for their community and they wonder why violence and poverty is around here.
