Nice place to live

Beautiful place to live. The back apartments are facing woods, so are very private. Quiet neighbors. Income based rent, so very affordable. Heat included, but pay your own electric. Every unit has air conditioning. Very well managed and maintained.

The only negatives are:
The first spring we were here we had ants real bad. We took care of them ourselves without calling management, but neighbors reported that management was very quick and helpful to get rid of them.

Other tenants have... mentioned having mice, however we have never had any. Unknown if they have reported it to management.

All in all, I am very pleased with living here. I really wouldn't want to live in any other apartments in town after living here. I love the privacy and how quiet it is here.
