Don't waste your time
I've had issues since before I moved in and regret it. They switched my move in date after I paid all the fees twice without any prior notice. Maintenance takes a month to 2 months to get to basic maintenance requests. I've been receiving late payment fees every month even though I pay my rent at least a week in advance. I'd stay away until management can figure out to run an apartment complex efficiently.

Terrible place to live
Make sure you take pictures when you move in. Also they're on their 3rd manager in 3 years. It took them 10 months to get to the move in check list on stuff we wanted repaired. Once they did get around to fixing some of the stuff it took them another 2 months to finish them. Also they have needed to replace multiple units furnace and a/c units. In my building the a/c it self cost 200 a month to run and it still doesnt even keep the house cool. Price is decent for the town homes but with the... cost of utilities your better off looking at a higher price point. This has been a nightmare and unfortunately we signed a winter lease and it sucks moving in the winter. Do your self a favor and look else where.

If I could give them zero stars I would
Worst place I’ve ever lived. The day I moved in, maintenance was still in my home “fixing” things. Light fixtures were not up, I had holes in my closet doors, my fridge was moldy and broken, holes in my walls and banister, toilet seats were broken, leak in my water heater, outside lights didn’t work, my front door was missing pieces, lights in the basement were not working, everything was a mess.
Shortly after moving in I weeded our garden area that were allowed to since it looked like it... hadn’t been touched in years, and whoever this place contracted to fix the roof destroyed it.
It took them 2 weeks to fix the things that were broken when I first moved in. 3 weeks to replace our fridge. Then when we thought we were done with the office, our air conditioner broke. It’s now going on 2 weeks of above 80 degree heat and humidity and it’s still not fixed. I’ve been into the office to talk to them multiple times, and don’t bother ever calling the emergency maintenance number because no one will answer and you’ll never get a call back.

Plenty of room
I have lived here for less than a year and so far so good. There is some noise time to time, but its nowhere near what it was made out to be by some other residents. some people want it to be completely silent as if living alone in the middle of nowhere, but come on, its a community, noise does happen. No clumsy elephants (loud people) around me banging away so all is good. Staff (office and maintenance)havent given me any reason to complain, they have been nice to me, but then again maybe its... because Im nice to them. Ive only had a couple issues and maintenance was there within a day or 2 to fix it. For those who are wondering, no it is not complete luxury, if you want that, go pay $3,500 a month for rent. its nice though with plenty of room.
