Is super far from everything, and the heat for the building isn’t turned on until it’s below 40 out. Not ideal for anybody who has a fear of strange bugs. We find centipedes in the bedrooms in the summer and cockroaches in the kitchen in the winter. Half of the other residents say they have had problems with bedbugs and fleas, which we thankfully haven’t had. We live a very clean life and aren’t messy but the way the bugs are you’d think we are hoarders. They didn’t clean ANYTHING before we... moved in. The carpet was not replaced, which it was advertised that the apartment was “updated” and had new carpet. They put a fresh coat of paint on everything, which means they slapped some paint on the doorjambs so now the doors don’t shut. And there’s a nice coat of freshly peeing wall paint in the bathtub. And the refrigerator is from the 90s and barely keeps anything cold. May be good for you if you have no pets or live by yourself.
