Lived there for one year.

I enjoyed my time here as a tenant and would happily move back in the future.
Everything is cleaned and working and spotless upon moving in, the staff and owners are very understanding and helpful with any issues.
The one downside I've seen is there is only one dumpster for 30-36 apartments so it definitely fills up fast, however i was never fined or had to deal with any issues even if it was over flowing.
