Atrocious

The property is not fit for a human to reside in. My apartment failed two inspections, he refused to fix anything. The bottom floor floods.

Quick Fix and Perfect For Now

Greetings future renters! I have lived in a one and two bedroom in this complex. This is a family owned building and quite an interesting property. Both buildings are semi appealing to the eye on the outside, but need many updates. There is definitely a Brady Bunch theme with shag carpets and green and beige stoves from the 70's. Some are basic. You can either face the street with views of a suburban neighborhood or face a parking lot with garages and a boring view of the local Home Depot. The... landlords are a pair of elderly brothers who can't do too much when it comes to maintenance. So if you are s fixer upper type this is for you. It is quiet depending on what building you reside in. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anything from cell phones vibrating to clear intimate moments above and below you. I thought my stay would be better once I switched buildings, but I'm pretty positive you will question renewing your lease. My best advice...keep your eyes open and windows and doors shut. Not the ideal place for a complex nested in a nice suburban area. Happy apartment hunting!
