Decent
Like the other guy said, looks nice enough. I can second the smell in the summer (he moved out shortly after I moved in). Love dogs and so do they - however I can hear neighbors dogs bark on all sides of me at all times of the day (unless I have my music or tv on full blast). And those dogs can hear each other so you can imagine what happens when one starts. Closet is tiny for one person. Everything is cheap. There’s no auto pay for rent so if it slips your mind one day they hit you with a $100… late fee. $30 a month to park in an open parking lot is absurd - especially with the riff raff that walks through. Staff is friendly and pretty responsive. Appliances suck. Worth it? No. Worth it for Lansing? Eh sure, you’ll at least feel less ripped off than other “nice” places around here.
