Unprofessional managers and maintenance
Very unsafe place to live! Very unprofessional staff and maintenance! I don't know why the city continues to keep this s place open. It's been red tagged several times. Please do not move here your vehicle will be vandalized too.

Unprofessional leasing agent
I called from the parking lot to make the leasing office was open and on site, as I pulled up to the office the agent was locking the door and leaving the office without a word me got in her car and left. I decided then that this wasn't the place for to live or even entertain to spend my money. Very unprofessional

Love living here, saving tons of $
I was hesitant to move here since I have been living in the Lansing area for so many years and never thought I would move to the east side. I am really happy I did since the area has been changing and I am saving so much money living close to my school.
