The Wave offers premium 2 bedroom apartments with newly remodeled kitchens with new appliances and new flooring throughout. Located in the Edgemont Park area of Lansing just a short drive from Downtown Lansing, Cooley Law School, LCC & the Lansing… Mall. Waverly Woods has controlled access buildings, laundry rooms in each building with updated machines so that no coins are needed, and a spacious parking lot to provide our residents with the safety and security they need.
Water fee charge $55 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants, as well as $9 gas fee.

    Nightmare living

    I lived at this location for over two years. I finally moved out after the building was condemned. During the time I lived there the basement would flood with sewerwater and the tenants were expected to wade through it in order to do laundry. Police cars in the parking lot were an extremy frequent occurrence. I had no heating in the wi ter the 2nd year I lived there a d had to rely on space heaters. Trash and dirty diapers flooded the common areas and the stench was embarrasing. Children wrote… all over the walls of the common areas and my door. The actual unit had many issues including water damage thay had been painted over and mold in the bathroom.

    After the building was condemned I tried to get ahold of the management company who stated they wouldn't tell me anything, then hung up on me multiple times. When i contacted and asked for a manager to speak with I was hung up on again. MY. HOME. WAS. CONDEMNED. They still charged rent during this time and took on new tenants, while providing no accommodations. Absolitely abhorrent business practice. I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemies.
