Elevator
The single elevator is continually breaking down. Too bad if you live on the top floor! Also, your mailbox key fits all the other mailboxes (except for those people who have reduced rents for some peculiar reason.)

Do not live here
5 West Group is grossly irresponsible and dangerously incompetent. The building has bed bugs, water damage, flooded apartments, no floor in the laundry room, and the side doors do not lock so anyone in Lansing can just stroll into your home. Do not live here. It is not worth the cheap rent.

Historic charm cant be beat, i love these units, everone is unique, and very modernly restored,
very central with a high walk ability to everywhere
