We offer affordable studio and one bedroom apartments in a vintage building with many unique features including hard wood floors and large walk-in closets. Our apartments have… blinds, ceiling fans, secured access and 24-hour maintenance. Heat, trash, water and high-speed internet are included in your rent. We have coin operated laundry facilities on site and allow cats with management approval. Step outside of your door and within minutes you are close to Cooley Law School and Lansing Community College. REO Town is just minutes away as well and is home to a reinvigorated commercial district where people meet to create, share and experience art. This beautiful building has been well maintained and offers many updates inside. We offer covered parking as well as street parking for our residents. You can't beat the location and charm that Washington Apartments offers.

    Elevator

    The single elevator is continually breaking down. Too bad if you live on the top floor! Also, your mailbox key fits all the other mailboxes (except for those people who have reduced rents for some peculiar reason.)
