I was told that they judge income based on pay after taxes, meaning you’ll have to take home far more than the apartment is actually worth, it’s a shame that even they’re even making affordable places difficult to get especially in this economy.

My experience with President Madison apartments has been great. They take good care of the grass and take care of the salt and it's a very good job. Samantha in the office has been a great help in trying to get things done for me that need to be done I just wanted to say I like living here. The accommodations are great, the office staff is phenomenal. Maintenance is great, too. And I enjoy living here, it's a great place to live.

This apartment has quite environment around a lot of facilities and entertainments. If housekeeping could do weekly cleaning for each apartment building on time not leave too many dirty stuffs in hallway of apartment that would be better than now . Please set up lockers for each apartment building since right now when heavy windy days, apartment door got easily open by itself with a lot of bugs and leaves came into apartment building!!!

Maintenance is very good just have issues with theft in the parking lot and in the mail area where packageges have been stolen also the lights are not on when it gets dark out in the hallway causing me to fall. Cameras are needed
