DONT RENT HERE!

Unlike the other review(s), the landlord does not handle renter issues about other bad tenants when they are brought to his attention. It is a free for all to do as they please. No handbook of rules for tenants to follow or a leasing manager on site to write people up. If you like to hear noise from other apartments or have tenants that are not screened for criminal or credit background, then move here!

Renter

Very quiet, safe, woods view from back. Landlord takes care of any problems very quickly. Apartments very spacious, live having my own washer& dryer. I am single & feel very safe coming home after my night job.
