Very Quick and Easy Renewal Process Renewing the lease at my apartment here at Woodland Place was very, very easy to do. Used the on-line application and had no problem creating the lease for the coming 12 months. Excellent system.

Stairwell was disgusting, was not cleaned or vacuumed one time in the year that I spent there. The stench was horrendous, it was a mix of and the entry to the building was busted every other week due to poor and cheap repairs. Prices are awful considering how small the apartments are and the lack of upkeep on the property. This is bottom of the barrel when it comes to apartment complex's.
