Huntington Place Apartments

These apartments are well priced for the area, although appliances are old. In the summer, no real complaints. However, in the winter, as this is Michigan, one would expect timely snow removal. That is not the case and can take late into the morning

I’ve only lived here for one year and they have shut off the water in my building due to “emergency reasons” 4 times already, some type of renovation is constantly happening which sounds like a good thing until you wake up to loud machines, your stairs being closed, half of the parking lot being closed, your laundry room being closed down, and you’re asked to empty out your storage unit for 2-3 months while they finish the update which was quoted at... 6 weeks on the flier that they hang up on your door. Cars will be ticketed and threatened to be towed for not moving over extended periods of time. The customer service of the office is 1 Star on a good day, not to mention the large amount of very strange and dirty people that seem to live in this complex. I've lived here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. I've lived in multiple apartments throughout my life and I can say hands down that this place has the best management around! Work orders are fixed within 24 hours, super friendly leasing staff, any time I've had a question the office staff has been incredibly responsive (shout-out to Jennifer for just simply being the best!). My only complaint would be my apartment was not very well insulated, which means cold air... constantly flowing in during the winter through cracks in the door or through the air conditioning unit. We lived here in a fully upgraded apartment that faced a wooded area.The apartment was very affordable and they also allowed me to bring my dog. It is a great place to live. Maintenance was very attentive to the few work orders we placed taken care of efficiently . The location is great, close to town but far enough away to be away from the chaos. We enjoyed living there and are happy to recommend this place to anyone we know looking for an apartment!

The apartment building I am in isn't in the best shape or condition, however the management and maintenance staff are always on top of it and take care of whatever you need done, whether it be new screen doors or a garbage disposal.
The entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The apartments are spacious and not expensive for the space available. $530 a month for a two bedroom is a great deal. The living room is huge and the bedrooms aren't closet sized, that's for sure. They allow dogs in... a few buildings and cats in all buildings for a small fee. Read More
