Knee jerk decisions by mgmt
Office staff is there once a week (if you're lucky).
Management recently decided to stop providing internet. Now residents are all responsible to get their own cable and internet.
However, the complex still has it listed as a business account,so no one can access their own account until the management gets their act together. In the meantime, residents must all turn in their cable boxes.
Management could have easily called the cable company and requested new boxes, which most likely would have... eliminated most issues. Boxes were most likely issued when the building was first built.
