This home features generous living areas, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, a large refrigerator, and a large island with high seating, as well as a drip and Keurig coffee maker. For entertainment, enjoy the home theater, popcorn machine, bar with high seating, foosball, arcade games, poker table and poker set, pool table, and giant wall checkers. There is also a kids' corner with karaoke, dress-up items, bean bags, a kids' activity table and chairs, board and card games, kids' toys, and string lights. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, heated outdoor pool, fire pit, deck with amazing views, outdoor seating, a kids' playset, a patio/outdoor dining area, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, and cornhole.
The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. The pool is open and heated for guest use only from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Outside of this time frame, the pool will be closed and covered. If you’d like the pool heated during the open season, we require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
Located on a private, quiet road with virtually no traffic, this serene property offers complete privacy while keeping you just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, parks, and trails. You’re only a short drive from stunning Lake Michigan beaches, local parks, and scenic trails perfect for biking, hiking, or a relaxed picnic. Nearby attractions include Pere Marquette Park Beach, Muskegon South Pierhead Light, Hackley Park, Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts, and Downtown Muskegon Farmers Market.
