No Hot Water AGAIN!

Our hot water went out last Thursday. We have gone all weekend without hot water and it is now Tuesday. The entire staff had the weekend off and then left for training in Ohio and I'm told they won't be back until The upcoming Thursday A whole week without hot water.

There are garbage shoots on the second and third floors so residents (many who are elderly and/or have handicaps)wouldn't have to walk far to dispose of their garbage.Because a few residents were not using the garbage shoots... correctly, they locked the rooms on the second and third floors so no one could use them. The dumpsters are now located on the first floor in a delivery area and you can smell garbage in that hall.Garbage has been spilled on the carpet and has not been cleaned. This has created a roach problem. If you don't to live like this don't live here
