The living room offers a sofa that turns into a full-size bed and a love seat that pulls out to a twin-size bed. The living room is equipped with a smart TV for streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig. Outside, you'll find a large deck with seating for four, Adirondack chairs around the firepit, and a large propane grill. The detached garage has been transformed into a bar and game room, featuring a ping pong table, bar countertop with stools, a 50” smart TV, and several games.
A camera is placed on the front of the house to monitor the number of guests, the limit of four vehicles, and to ensure no parties are taking place. This is also an added safety feature for guests.
There is plenty of parking at the house. The main strip is within a 5-minute walk, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Stray Dog and beach. You can also rent bikes at the Grand Marina, just a short walk away. A free shuttle bus to Four Winds Casino is available at the Grand Marina.
Guests have full access to the entire house, except the utility closet for safety reasons. The garage is currently used for storage but may be available for guests in the future.
