This is a fantastic place to live, featuring modern and spacious apartment amenities, including a large attached garage. The exterior is equally impressive, with freshly cut landscaping and ample outdoor space for my huskies and kids. Michigan winters are manageable thanks to timely snow removal, which prevents any buildup or frustration. Management and technicians respond quickly to maintenance requests, typically within 24 hours. An added bonus is that the townhomes are conveniently located... near schools, shopping malls, grocery stores, and major highways.

Don’t do it!
Paper thin walls and floors daily it sounds like a gymnastics tournament over my head from sun up to sun down and nothing is being done about it. Many complaints to management have not resulted in any improvement. It’s supposed to be quiet hours at least that’s what it says in the lease that’s a joke. I can’t wait until this lease it up
