Saddle Creek Apartments

Living in this community has been an absolute nightmare. The number of issues with the management is too extensive to list, but here are the most significant problems:

The units are old, with outdated appliances and minimal maintenance. Because of this, I frequently have to request repairs, which take an unreasonable amount of time to address. When repairs are finally made, the maintenance team often leaves a mess behind, showing a complete lack of respect. The manager dismisses these… complaints and instead labels me as the problem for expecting basic standards of cleanliness and organization.

More disturbing is the behavior of the maintenance staff. One employee persistently harassed me by inviting me out and adding me on Facebook. Despite reporting this, no action was taken, and he remains employed here.

To make matters worse, during a recent visit to the office to address ongoing issues, I was treated unprofessionally by the assistant manager, who yelled at me and refused to listen.

The latest incident involved a malfunctioning front door lock. I spent over 20 minutes trying to get inside my apartment and submitted a maintenance request immediately. A week has passed, and the issue remains unresolved, forcing me to leave my door unsecured. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she dismissed my concerns, suggesting we consider terminating the lease. I agreed, but when I asked about my security deposit, her response was evasive.

A lovely community and the people seem friendly and helpful

Community is good. However recently, they have started charging 2$ for the blinds this is disappointing. Also, a follow up needs to be done for any maintenance requests. They forget to put up tickets. Else, everything is fine

Stay is ok.. maintenance is very slow..maintenance request are resolved after lot of follow ups. Apartment floor makes sound while walking..Location is good.
