Their homes suffer from poor circulation and ventilation and management will try to blame you or children!
Mold will be in your roof!
Make sure you have a private inspection in every home you rent, city contractors can only do so much!

The leasing office is terrible, maintenance is terrible, protection of personal information is nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble!
