Amazing!

Love it here. The onisite amenities are so convenient. The condos are gorgeous and very well maintained. The Property manager is so attentive to our needs and was a breeze to work with. Maintenance is always on top of any issues we’ve had. You can hear the neighbors occasionally but it’s too be expected with an older building. But the character of the building outweighs any sound issues imo. Will be renewing my lease as long as I can :)

Woodard Station review

Horrible place to live. There is no place to park near the building. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing in their units. The walls are paper thin in the building. The elevator breaks down often. The building manager is not on site and she does not act on complaints. She is a horrible building manager. I would not recommend living at the Woodard Station.
