So cozy!

I love my new apartment! It’s so cozy and is only getting better! Jeff is awesome. My dog LOVES him. Do not pay any attention to and bad reviews. They must be unhappy with life. Susan is there for you all the way.

Landlord is very helpful and the property is beautiful!

I moved to GR about six months ago and reached out to Parchment Point and was able to get a same day showing. I signed the lease the next day and am happy with my choice. The property is beautiful and maintenance requests are easy and prompt. I am planning on signing for another year since my lease is up in November. I feel safe here and appreciate that my landlord has been accessible and very professional. I am so glad that I get to call it home here.

Mill Park Townhomes

Mill Park Town homes are a decent and quiet place to live. I do enjoy it here. I have a two bedroom. However, the units are in need of updating.
