The area is nice but with this apartment building they are selling you a dream. The apartments are not built well at all, when I first moved in there were so many problems that should’ve been addressed by maintenance. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. I can hear my neighbors tv all night, a dog barking all night, and I can even hear him snoring from his apartment. These apartments don’t have very good management and sell you a facade of a nice apartment in a good area, but these... apartments are made so poorly that it’s unacceptable. There are no consequences when you submit a complaint, people can just be as loud as they want at all times. I will most likely be canceling my lease after 1 year. Read More

We had a bad experience at this place. After having lived there for several years, we had to move out due to our growing family. The landlord was not understanding of it -- she opted to keep our deposit, which was within the law, but on a human level, we thought it was inconsiderate. She also leeched off of us; taking advantage that the gas supply was still under our name, she used a wasteful amount of gas after we moved and before we had the opportunity to call the gas company.
