Google reviews are fake, I knew every employee in the office. They got bonuses to get good reviews, so there goes ds did them , Where do I start, the buildings are old , they have no amenities, the basement is scary where laundry room is, matienence takes forever, no central air, issues with hot water , the bathroom is next to the living room gross when ppl go poop, just right there I lived there for 5 years, and moved somewhere that has at least 15 more amenities and is 150 more a month ,... they can't keep staff bc they think the staff will make ppl want to live there when there 25 way better apts that are affordable in the area, so many tenants finally have had enough, and left all same time bc the owner was so dumb to force everyone on same lease cycle. So now my old neighbor said they offering his rent cheaper to renew, it should be, mold in all the walls , crazy how I barely wake with headaches now , living in the same building with the office was awful, constant banging door slamming , workers in n and out , if ya live below a pretend 3 bedroom(a no closet Xtra fake room) it is awful, constant banging of kids slamming on the ground running, like my entire mood and life has gotten better since I left Read More

Great location and love the pool and all the upgrades

Lived here for two years. Went more than 2 months last winter without heat. Was only fixed because a pipe burst and they had to repair it. Leaked water and dirt all over my rug, and they refused to reimburse me for the cost of the rug. They left without cleaning up the mess afterwards. I had to mop up all the water and clean the apartment myself after the plumber fixed the leak. Management does not care about maintaining the properties when things break.
Overall, overpriced small apartments with... terrible maintenance and management that doesn’t care. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are many other apartments in the same area that are cheaper and bigger with better management. Read More

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The community is great, and the property manager, Angel, has been nothing but helpful throughout my entire experience. Always responsive and ready to assist with anything I need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living environment!

Worst place I ever lived, if u don't like hot water, working appliances, or heat.
Than yea it the place for you. everyone that lives here hates it. The foundation is sinking. Good luck doing laundry. maintenance takes months to fix anything, they have craiglist workers In our building fixing the foundation for the 2nd time,
ANd THE POOL WAS CLOSED HALF THE SUMMER, THEY LIE ON THERE WEBSITE
They deserve a 0. And thab they are rude when u call and tell them you have no heat or hot water
