You won't find a better place for this price

Complex is clean and quiet. Plus you won't get as much for this price anywhere else. Highly recommended apartment complex

New Tenant

I just recently moved in and everything has been great so far. The place is very quiet and the people I’ve met so far have all been very nice. Dave is a great manager and has helped me along the way with any questions I had.

Great Manager!!!!

Dave is an amazing manager!!! He answers all calls/return calls promptly. Any maintenance request are done asap. Great attitude!!! Love that he runs the place property!!! The maintenance crew is awesome.

Friendly Staff and Great Service

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The property manager made the entire move-in process easy and was always quick to answer any questions. He’s friendly, has a great sense of humor, and makes you feel welcome from day one. Maintenance has been quick to fix anything that’s come up, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and professional. So far, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Friendly staff and great units

From the first contact I made, Dave was very helpful and he answered the tons of questions I had about living here. The leasing process was explained very thoroughly and they gave me all the information that I needed. Since moving in, we have enjoyed it a lot so far. The pool is very nice and the apartments are very spacious, especially for the super cheap price!
