Alexis Manor Apartments

I have lived here since May 2025. The review before me is insanely inaccurate. These apartments are BRAND NEW, meaning they were just built, so there is no way that the person in the previous review could have stayed all summer with no A/C and mold, the summer isn't even over yet! When I moved into my apartment, no one had lived there before me. All brand-new appliances, windows, paint, flooring, fixtures, My CENTRAL AIR has been impeccable all summer, not one outage. Maintenace has responded... timely to my ONE request when I put it in, and it was a simple request nothing major. The neighbors are nice; everyone is quiet and pretty much stays to themselves. The apartments are pet friendly but there aren't any huge dogs or a bunch of animals. The only issue I have is the parking lot is kind of small, and parking can be inconvenient sometimes, but not excessively inconvenient. Worse apartment I’ve ever lived in, went all summer with no ac during major heat waves. Had a leak and mold in my apartment since the time I moved in. Don’t waste your money
