What This House Offers
I will have an open house on Wednesday evening 5-7pm. If this time or date does not work for you please contact me and we can work out a private showing. If... you do not do this company's background check for $29, then I will need the application fee and I will take care of it. My applications will be available at the open house and the fee is $25. I will need a check or money order and a self addressed envelope. I will have envelopes and ink pens. If I do not run your credit, I will mail back to you, your $25. If I run your credit, I most likely will rent to you unless something comes up you did not disclose on the application fee.
This home will pass a section 8 inspection if you qualify for section 8 subsidy.
Your gross income needs to be 3-4 times the rental cost, or I expect you will have trouble making the rental payments.
The address is in Port Huron. 815 11th Street. The property is available now.
I'm sorry that pets are not allowed.
The cost is $1300 monthly and $1300 down before you can move in. There will also be a $350+ water deposit to have the water bill in your name and must be completed at the city building. All utilities are your responsibility and must be transferred to your name within 3 days of signing the lease. The lease will be for 12 months.
I am letting you know that I require you to have your own lawn mower, a vacuum cleaner.
Payment on time is essential.
