Quite happy with decision

Moving into Greenspire Apartments has been such a blessing and a wonderful fresh start. Jess made the entire process so easy. She was patient, thoughtful, and always available to help with any questions along the way. Her kindness truly made me feel welcome from day one.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are peaceful and well cared for, and the amenities will definitely make life here even more enjoyable. I’m so thankful to be here and excited for this next chapter at... Greenspire.

My Move-in Experience at Greenspire

My experience with the leasing and move-in process at Greenspire Apartments has been outstanding. Jess made the entire process effortless. She truly listened to our needs, found the perfect apartment for us, and was always quick to respond. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made us feel confident and welcome every step of the way.

The apartment itself is beautiful, with a modern design that immediately feels like home. The grounds are just as impressive, gorgeous community that’s... clearly maintained with care, a peaceful atmosphere, and amenities that truly enhance daily life.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to call Greenspire home, and we look forward to many years ahead here.

Greenspire Apartments

The administration was very supportive and professional with the move-in process. They are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The office area has a cozy, warm atmosphere with snacks and beverages available. At the pool, they have a nice deep and shallow area with comfortable lounge chairs. The outdoor environment is quiet and peaceful with a relaxed trail and lake. Overall, it’s a spacious and pleasant area to reside in.

Move in was easy

We just moved and it was an easy experience. Allison was wonderful and very helpful along the entire process. We like being here at Greenspire so far!! It is beautiful!

Best apartments in Portage

I’ve lived here for a full year and just renewed my lease. I live in the more updated Cattail 2bed unit and its roomy, modern, and in a great location.

The amenities are great, and the leasing office staff has been super attentive to their residents. They’re very active with engaging the community.
