Best apartments in Portage

I’ve lived here for a full year and just renewed my lease. I live in the more updated Cattail 2bed unit and its roomy, modern, and in a great location.

The amenities are great, and the leasing office staff has been super attentive to their residents. They’re very active with engaging the community.

Move in process was seamless

Greenspire is a great community to live in!

I've lived at Greenspire for four years and I love it! The campus is beautiful and there are so many amenities; the pool, 24/7 fitness room, kayaks and canoes to rent and use on Hampton Lake. There are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts as well as walking/hiking trails. The property management and service staff are very responsive when there is an issue, and proactive letting the residents know when work needs to be done. They also have many special events throughout the year. A Christmas... party with a horse drawn sled and Santa at the reins, poolside parties and ice-cream trucks to name a few! You won't regret living at Greenspire!

Best Location in Portage

I love Greenspire - it is convenient and close to everything that I ever need. Great access to shopping and restaurants in an excellent neighborhood. It is a great place for families, older adults and young professionals. The apartments themselves are modern and beautiful with great amenities. I am so glad that I live here!

A Great Place to Live!

Living at Greenspire has been fantastic! The location is perfect with easy access to shopping centers, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and well-maintained, making it a great place for families and young professionals alike.
