Hard to deal witg
I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to thoroughly research before signing a lease. While the staff is professional in presentation, the response to ongoing maintenance and quality-of-life issues has been disappointing.
Fire alarms malfunction frequently across multiple buildings, often at all hours, and when this occurs the elevators are typically taken offline—making accessibility difficult, especially for residents on higher floors. Elevator outages have also been a... recurring issue independent of alarm events.
Basic utilities have been unreliable. Hot water requires submitting maintenance requests to reach normal temperatures. Water pressure is also noticeably poor. Additionally, trash chute malfunctions are common on weekends, resulting in persistent alarm noises that can last until maintenance resumes during the week.
Parking is limited unless you have an assigned space, and many units either receive only one spot or none at all, which creates challenges for households with multiple vehicles.
Another unexpected cost is that ceiling fans are not standard in the units. If you want one installed, residents are required to pay an additional fee, which is surprising for a property marketed as luxury housing.
For a property marketed as a luxury apartment complex, the frequency and consistency of these issues have been frustrating—particularly given that the buildings are relatively new. Residents who rely on stable utilities, quiet living conditions, or work-from-home arrangements may find these concerns especially impactful.
I hope management takes steps to address these recurring problems and improve the overall resident experience.
