Employees are more worried about clout then managing a complex.
My experience with management has been extremely disappointing the staff are often rude and unprofessional, and communication has been handled poorly from the start. Rather than speaking with residents directly, or sending proper communication via email, they leave notes taped to doors.
Meanwhile, maintenance concerns - such as unsanitary conditions in the hallway that have not been addressed remain unresolved. The office is rarely staffed, making it difficult to locate anyone when issues... arise. Overall, employees appear more focused on creating content than properly maintaining and managing the property. i would not recommend this location based on my experience and I have been living here less than 6 months.
