The Rules Are Not Enforced

They say they are smoke free but the rules regarding smoking are NOT enforced. I’m a non-smoker but I have to deal with cigarette smoke in my apartment almost all day every day. I’ve had to deal with field mice, black mold, mildew, and people waving firearms. I do not recommend Milham Meadows apartments. FYI, I’ve lived here for 16 years so I happen to know what I’m talking about.
