Benefits above the cost

I lived here around 2 years. My family and i had the time of our lives here! its a safe neighbour, which was the most important thing to me and my young baby (she was 2 back then!) really close to the rochester bike trial and park.
Maintanance did a quick and good job when needed. Yeah it may be not as updated (buildings, appliances etc) but you get what you need (and what you pay for) . I recommend it and i wish we can come back.

Horrible management

These people only want your money, you will be lucky if you get consistent hot water since the buildings are so old and out dated and management/maintenance does not care. The outside appearance is like smoke in mirrors, do not let the location or the landscape fool you. The pool is closed almost daily during the summer because of maintenance issues.

Don’t waste your time or money.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience while you were here. I know that we did replace a couple hot water tanks but that is usually within 24 hours. We are very proud of our landscaping and our pool. Our pool is open 7 days a week unless we… have bad weather. We appreciate you choosing Great Oaks and value your feedback. Don’t move here!

I’ve lived in a 2 bedroom for 3 years. The neighbor above is loud all hours of the night and even tried to start fights with my wife but the office does nothing about it. They’re the cheapest around because the buildings are the worst, you get no hot water maybe for only about an hour of the day which is only enough to give my child a bath.

We do our best to help resolve maintenance concerns expeditiously especially hot water. We have 24 hour maintenance that is on call for emergency maintenance… issues.

Outdated Everything, Do Not Move Here

Moldy restroom, paint peeling off everywhere, stained carpet before we even moved in, tiles falling off, walls cracked, rude rude manager!!!!

Don't move here!

What a disappointment Appliances are old and always in need of repair! Noise is 24/7, and management does nothing to address this issue! Hallways are filthy, dog poop everywhere, play area is always full of thorns. Water is dirty, and leaves marks on all your dishes! Front office ladies are fake! They will not do a walk through with you when you leave, and will try to lay damage fees on you, which are non-existent! Now you can't even leave your chairs on the porch overnight! Was a horrid… experience. Would not recommend this to anyone!!
