Sandhurst Apartments

So here is my 2 year review of Sandhurst apartments in Roseville. This was my very first apartment and I am very happy and excited that my experience has been awesome . Office staff has been very attentive and anything I have asked for or requested by maintenance has been handled appropriately. My building is very quiet and clean with amazing neighbors which I got very lucky with because that’s not always the case.

Rent was only raised $20 when signing my second year lease and water is... included in the rent which was a plus for me and has been very convenient. The 24 hour gym access is amazing as well.

The only bummer about this place is there is no pool, which is the only reason I am moving this year because I have small children. They have definitely met the expectations of what you would want your living experience to be. 5 stars from me! Read More

The apartment is large in size but appliances are old and outdated. The neighbors are not considerate with the slamming of the doors all day, loud music playing which you can hear everything through the walls because they are thin and with no consideration for their neighbors who may work mid-nights or just in general(complaints have been made to management but nothing has been done thus far). Also cars especially Charger's speeding through the parking lot even with speed bumps placed. There... is no designated place for kids to play so they are playing in the hallways which includes running up and down the stairs; because the main doors to enter the buildings are not locked(very unsafe)so anyone can enter at will and even the parking lot. Also the neighbors are constantly throwing trash next to the dumpsters instead of in; which makes the property looks unkept often. Read More

I have lived at Sandhurst Apartments for almost one year now. I did have to wait about 3 months in order to get into a lower apartment but it was well worth that wait (and since I was visiting with family out of the country, not any great inconvenience to me). The apartment was clean when I moved in and I had little to do other than move in my own things. As a senior I was a little concerned about my safety before moving in but have felt very secure during my time here.

The size of the... apartment is wonderful and I love the layout! I have my own private patio where I have hung potted plants, a hummingbird feeder & wind chimes; in addition to having a small bistro set out there. I love being able to sit in my living room and look out through my patio door-wall. I view it as an extension of my living space. The closets are large and I use my second bedroom one for additional storage. I was somewhat leery initially that I would not have adequate storage for all of my things but have found that I have more than enough! The option of having a stackable laundry unit in my master bath is a huge plus for me! Everything seems to have been designed for my convenience and comfort.

I have not had a great need of maintenance but with the handful of issues I have experienced the crew has been friendly, attentive and very quick (usually in less than 24 hours). The office staff has been the same. I have been very happy here so far and have no plans to look elsewhere in the foreseeable future. I would not hesitate to recommend the complex to anyone! I've been living at the Sandhurst Apartments since April 2019. I absolutely love the space (2 bed, 2 bath) The apartment is also great with attending to any issues that may arise within the apartment. Love the indoor pool for the winter months. The staff is also friendly and helpful. No issues thus far. Thank you!

I've been here for 4 months and it's been cool, the only problem I have is the weird guy upstairs from me. Honestly, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.
