We LOVED living here! We moved from out of state and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and nice the apartment was. The unit was very clean and well maintained, it felt brand new. Lorri is so welcoming and answered the million questions we had about moving in without seeing the property first. Joe is quick to address any maintenance issues. We had an end unit (HIGHLY recommend, for extra windows) and loved it. We never heard our neighbors. Highly recommend the standard 2 car garage vs the... tandem garage also. The basements are large and unfinished but perfect for storage or a workout room. The community is very clean and all of the neighbors are very friendly. Our little girl loved playing on the playground and walking around the community. We only moved out because we purchased a house, otherwise we would have been here for several years. Highly recommend!

Just avoid this place.
The rent is too high. You have to cover all utilities and expenses except taxes. The AC unit was too small for the unit I rented. On hot days it would be extremely hot in the master room and in the winter I had to buy a space heater to warm up the master room. Utilities were high due to the AC over working to try to cool down there place. I was told that the AC would only cool down the place 10 degrees less than the temperature outside. So if it’s 100 out expect the temperature to be 90 inside.... Upon renewal the rent increased $400
