This is a great place to live.

This apartment complex is a great place to live! It is quiet, well kept, secure, the maintenance crew is fast and efficient, and there are no incidents. It's in a great location in Southfield, and the Property Manager is incredible! She is professional and treats with residents with respect, and does a great job getting back to you if you have an issue. She also stays on top of renovations, making sure the place always looks nice. If you are looking for a nice affordable place in Southfield you… should apply immediately.

Current resident

I’ve been a resident here since the summer and so far so good! Everyone I’ve encountered has been pleasant and the property manager is very prompt with her response to residents’ needs. I don’t see that changing anytime soon!
