Worse Maintenance
I am currently a resident and i have put on so many work orders to fix my door issues, but they do not resolve my issue. My door has huge spaces and because of that my energy bill is twice than expected but the office staff says that they cannot replace my door this year. I am annoyed to my worse.

Our maintenance team has addressed the issue with repairs, including installing new... weather stripping to help improve the seal around the door. We also understand your concerns about the condition of the door and have advised you that we will be re-evaluating our planned door replacement list on July 1 to determine whether your door can be moved into this year's replacement schedule.
Regarding your utility costs, if you have concerns about your energy usage or billing, we encourage you to contact your utility provider directly to discuss your account and request a meter review if needed.
