Bathtub knob My bathtub knob was broken, just spinning around. I emailed a request before leaving for work, and by the time I got home my knob had been replaced. I was in no rush, so I was surprised how quickly it was done!

Very happy I didn't put in a request. However I was impressed and happy that they were able to tell I needed my batteries changed. I was worried about that. Now I can relax. I also want to give praise to the kid who does the pool monitoring. He is doing such an awesome job. I guarantee the only people who don't like him, are the ones who are part of the problem and not part of the solution. I do think I. The hotter days , it'd be nice if brookside offered him to stick his legs in the water or… something when the pool is empty. I feel so bad when it's so hot. Otherwise I'm very happy that there is someone else to deal with the bull crap. Thank you brookside.

Air Conditioner They came in, tested my air conditioning unit, said something about the condenser, brought in and installed the replacement and explained how to use the remote. Couldn't ask for better support!
