This is not a peaceful place to live. Several residents loiter in the parking lot for hours on end BLASTING music/bass from their vehicles. Management has not helped or intervened once even though they’ve been provided several opportunities.

Leasing office is the worst
The apartments themselves are decent enough but what makes this place almost unlivable are the leasing agents that work here. Some of the worst attitudes and very unhelpful with issues.

Deplorable
I've been living at brookside apartments for over 2 years(this will be my last)during these (2) years I've had several issues(hood vent coming down above stove,sink drain leaking,heat not working properly,just to name a few)in my apartment in which I've had to repair myself,due to the fact that maintenance never shows up to fix these things.Did I mention also the swimming pool being down almost the entire summer of(2016)?The management staff here is also incompetent to say the least!saying... anything to get you to sign a lease.The apartments are all outdated,in desperate need of upgrade! I have barely scratched the surface of all the issues I've had here,do yourself a favor,for the price you can do better!
