HOME??

This is definitely the most beautiful apartments around here, especially with the price. You cant beat this opportunity to call this place your home! Ontop of the absolutely beautiful apartment the property manager makes sure that you coming to them is home! I couldnt have asked for better help and hospitality from her! I cant wait to move into my new home.?? I'll forever be grateful for finding these apartments and for the wonderful management!

beautiful new community and friendly staff

The office staff was amazing. I was so nervous about applying for a new apartment that I could not see in person, however the manager was so prompt and amazing, she even offered do take me on a tour thru facetime!!! Needless to say I applied , moved in next day and am so pleased with my apartment. I get to live in a brand new apartment and everything is perfect. The location is great, my neighbors are so nice and friendly and the management team is so kind and accommodating. So glad I found… this place. !

Great place to call home

I relocated from another state to MI and I must say it was an extremely stressful process but the staff at Oliver made my transition a happy ending. Aside from the office staff being extremely friendly and accommodating (They literally moved me in after I called them at the last minute.) I came in to a cute goodie bag on my counter filled with household items and cleaning supplies. I also received a coupon for a free pizza as well as other coupons for local restaurants and a gift card to a bar… in town. The overall unit is beautiful and well made. By far the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in, the pictures don't do it justice. When you look at the model that's exactly what you get. Not like other complexes I've seen or rented from that show you a beautiful model and then your actual unit looks nothing like it. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet area, extremely close to Toledo. One road will lead you to a nice drive in the country, while another road will take you into the city for plenty of shopping, food and activities all within minutes. I could go on and on but I will just leave it at this, I love my new home!
