Outside ok but inside needs severe attention.
Mold, 70’s ovens, cabinets old, carpets filthy from repeated tenants and owners will not replace, windows fogged with dew and patio doors have air coming through, holes in siding by patio, patio wood weathered and unsafe, community washer constantly broken, no air. Baseboard heat that does not regulate well along with baseboards falling apart, hot water always has issues since it’s shared with your neighbors. All reported to office and tenants are told to call corporate but they never return... your call.
