These apartments are nearly unlivable. They basically took hotel suites, cut them in half, and stuck full sized amenities in them (something hotel suites even rarely have). In my 800sq foot apt, I have a five burner stove and the biggest fridge I have ever used. My closet doors don’t shut all the way because the closet itself is not deep enough to fit clothes. The bathroom constantly has mold growing in the toilet and the drains, no matter how often I clean them. The apartment management has... terrible communication after they put you into your new ‘home’. And if you’re someone who doesn’t get balcony access, you’re still paying the same price as the person hanging outside your window everyday. When you try to complain, they suggest you pay them more for a bigger apartment that likely has a similar array of issues. If this is your last option, I suggest it be part of a temporary plan. They’re too hard on their residents too, for the quality of service they offer. S/O to the cleaner and the handyman, though. They really do the best they can. Read More

This place is gross. The halls smell everyday from people's apartments. Mail and groceries get stolen if delivered. People damage your vehicle for no reason. People selling out of here. Cops and cps here almost everyday. Most residents got other people living with them in these small hotel room apartments. Management does nothing about anything. They get tax relief for housing homeless young men from state. Parking is a free for all with the hotels next door so if your not here by 8 you don't... have a spot. You get one window and if your on bottom floor you can't have it open without wierd kids looking into it. It's been like this since I moved in two years ago. Other reviews fake. If housing wasn't so crazy in tc I would be long gone. When moved in they repainted everything over mold and dirt. I had to clean for two weeks.
