Love living here!

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I absolutely love my apartment! My experience has been great from the very beginning. Apartment living isn’t for everyone, but I’ve lived in apartments for many years, and since relocating to TC, I’ve lived at two other communities. This is by far one of the best!

There are lots of great amenities, the leasing team is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always quick, efficient, and helpful. I’m very happy with my decision to call… this place home!

Everything Possible wrong with this place!

Expect everything to be wrong here - many instances of pervasive MOLD - pool opening a year after it should have - building equipement noise. & dirt constant - and NOW no one is getting their DEPOSITS returned to tehm in a timely manner - the BUILD of virtuall every single unit is TERRIBLE including extreme base level appliances that break regularily, HEATING that stopped WORKING 4 TIMES IN THE WINTER - great folks managing on-site, but know that virtually every Rock/Morgan farms property SUCKS … ... youve been warned
