material misrepresentation

the complex is not what it seems. they tout new apartments with in unit washer/dryers. i have been here for seven months - no washer and dryer. LR management refuses to give rent concessions and does not pick up the phone or reply to texts. the building themselves are old and the renovation itself is haphazard. take your money elsewhere - this place isn't worth it.

STAY AWAY, SAFTEY HAZARD.

0 stars. I haven’t had a working AC for the past week in the hottest time of the year. They continue to tell me they will be here shortly and they never come so I’ve sat at home for multiple days waiting for them. I haven’t had a functional toilet for the whole year I lived here and they continue to tell me they would come and replace it and never did. I spent hours and hours emailing to get them to fix so many issues in the apartment and they don’t care once they get you in they don’t care… about you. They don’t care if you’re living in and mold. They don’t care if you’re constantly dealing with human waste coming out of your toilets and tub from other apartments plumbing. the whole building is having problems and nobody is getting it fixed.It’s disgusting. Stay away
