Metro East Apartments

I had soooo many problems with spiders. In a different building someone moved in bringing roaches and bedbugs that started spreading throughout the complex. I heard about it and asked mgmt if they could spray my unit as a precaution. After a while moved out and heard that mgmt told a tenant I moved b/c I actually had bedbugs & roaches when that was never said. I told that I was moving out w/out stating a reason

The management here is "Horrible" they collect your money however, you cannot get ahold of staff. Roofing issue my livong roof ceiling was about to fall I had to beg them to fix it while my bed from water had a brown stain as if someone urinated in it. I was charged. Washer machines are broken, etc. While trash is all over property.

I just wanted a place that was livable and quiet! I can barely get that. Paper thin walls so you’re able to hear everything the people around you do. Pest issue that’s not addressed and by pest I mean ROACHES.. horrible management. Unkept premises, many potholes in the parking lot, and emergency maintenance is a joke! Please stay at home or find somewhere else. This isn’t worth it. It’s more of a headache to call the office and get an issue solved, IF THEY ANSWER!

This place is a joke!! The staff is horrible they dont do anything! I tried calling the corporate office some guy was very rude & laughed at me he said he was going to hang up on me and refer me to the leasing office! I pay my rent every month on time but cant get a decent parking space in front of my home! I will not be renewing my lease this place is a joke & you have to have a exterminator come out every month for all kinds of bugs! Oh and the owner is called greater development llc but they… wont tell you that i guess its suppose to be a secret but the internet will tell you everything! Dont rent here! Read More
