Great management

Had a great two years here. The halls are always clean, the maintenance staff is always timely and attentive to any concerns. Communication is seamless with the management. There were some pest issues here and there but were always resolved and pest control was called in a timely manner as well. If you want a place to stay where you know your concerns will be heard and things will get taken care of and you don't care that much about new and shiny appliances and living space (it is an old… building after all), this is the perfect place for you.

Nver move here

Due to COVID I was forced to stay for 2 years. Thankfully I am out of a ant infested filthy living complex. Water leaks everywhere ants all over your apartment trash room filthy and always full. The noise and stench will drive you out. Yet the theft of packages from in front of your door. Where only people with keys can access the building. Let you know exactly what environment you are living in. Outrageous water bill every month. Would never recommend!!!!

Love It Here

I have lived on and off in apartments for years. Parkview Tower is by far the best. It's refreshing to have a Manger (Jennifer) that is genuinely interested in any concerns you have and make's you feel valued as a resident. The Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The halls and common areas are kept clean and tidy. The laundry room and trash chute's on every floor are a bonus. Having a fitness room and a pool are an added nicety. I strongly recommend living here.

Happy to have moved out

I lived at Parkview for over eleven years. When we first moved in we looked at our place; and treated Parkview as we would our home. We cleaned up and even picked up trash. Now under new management living at Parkview is horrible. Staff are sneaky and report every little thing that they see. I even herd the cleaning lady talking about the kind of delivery a resident received. Someone could have robbed him after that. So many people are moving out because they feel disrespected by staff as well as… management. I will not referrer a friend . I will warn them to rn away. Because if your gonna go through all this trouble you can rent a house for 50-100 dollars more.

I have lived at Parkview Towers for a long time now. The new staff is amazing. The building is quite and the apartment is very bright and roomy. Laundry on very floor is great. Love it!!!

Residents are always encouraged to come to management with any concerns. We haven't had any complaints. We are consistently 98% full and have a great reputation and our staff is exceptional. It sounds like the former resident may have had personal… issues.
